 ·       The first was the reallocation of 4.1 million pesos to give response to the request of the former Commissioner of CONAPESCA, Dr. Alejandro Flores Nava, at the urgent request of the Observers on Board in the Gulf of Ulloa, an area impacted by the Yellow Turtle mortality. This program will be implemented in coordination with CIBNOR as a key measure to reverse the current Mexican negativity in environmental matters.

·       Likewise, the acquisition of two Long-Distance Marine Radars was authorized for Cabo San Lucas in response to the appeal by the Board of Los Cabos Security. This equipment will be used by the Secretariat of the Navy, Port Captaincy, and ASIPONA for strengthening surveillance and in response to the capacity in a strategic area of tourism activity and state fisheries.
